These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of level777.it.com and all services offered by Level777 ("we", "us", "our"). By registering an account or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age for gaming in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must access the Platform only from a location where doing so is lawful. It is your responsibility to know your local laws.
• You must be the legitimate owner of the funds and payment methods you use.

2. Your Account

• You may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts may be closed and balances withheld.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
• All information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date. We may request verification documents at any time.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Deposits via UPI, PhonePe and GPay are credited instantly. Minimum and maximum limits may apply.
• Withdrawals are processed after any required verification, typically within hours, with speed improving at higher tiers.
• We may withhold or reverse transactions where we reasonably suspect fraud, error or breach of these Terms.

4. Bonuses, XP & Tiers

• XP is earned through play and determines your tier (Bronze to Diamond). XP and tiers carry no cash value and cannot be transferred or withdrawn.
• Bonuses are subject to their own specific terms, including any wagering requirements, which are shown when the bonus is offered.
• We reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw promotions, and to void bonuses obtained through abuse or misrepresentation.

5. Fair Play

Games use provider-certified random number generators. You must not use bots, exploits, collusion or any tool that gives an unfair advantage. Any attempt to manipulate outcomes or abuse promotions may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

6. Responsible Gaming

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including the Level777 name, logo, text, graphics and software — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including interruptions caused by third-party providers or connectivity issues.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or where required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
